My Story

Bits 2 Bytes is a personal computer business that specializes in repair and service, based my
“expert service with realistic prices” principle.

I believe it is very important to keep prices low and fair so people can repair their PC's without breaking the bank.
My ability to service and repair computers at prices that are below my competitors is one of the ways my business is unique. I also provide in home service, allowing me to go to my customers rather than making them come to me.

Customer service is vitual to me and I know if my customers is not happy they will go somewhere else. Therefore, it is my job to make them happy and give them the extra treatment so they will want to call me again when necessary for repairs or service.

Computers are a necessity in the 21 st century and keeping them updated, repaired and serviced is my best selling product. I also keep basic computer parts in stock for people to be able to upgrade their computers.
